Can you supply products and services to the biggest tram extension programme in the UK?
Here at the Midland Metro Alliance, we value local suppliers who wish to join us on our exciting journey as we build our £1.35bn programme of tram extensions across the West Midlands – the biggest in the UK.
Looking to build long-term relationships with those who share our values – safe, sustainable, respectful, open and honest and trustworthy – if you think you fit the bill, please get in contact.
With a target of 80% local supply chain, ideally you will not only be local, but also innovative, market aware and agile, have a reputation for quality, be commercially focused, collaborative, have strong CSR ethics and strong management systems.
Health & Safety
Health, safety and wellbeing are at the forefront of everything we do at the Midland Metro Alliance. Integral to our success, we are committed to ensuring our projects are safe at all times and our worksites fully compliant with health and safety legislation, ensuring that they are safe for all.
We work diligently to ensure staff, partners, visitors and stakeholders are as safe as possible as we work to extend the tram network in the region. Using sophisticated processes and procedures, we track our health and safety behaviours and use data to continually improve our safety performance.
At the Midland Metro Alliance, sustainability is one of our core values. As such, we are committed to the sustainable development of our £1.35bn tram extension programme, from ensuring that we reduce our carbon impact to maintaining a balance between economic success, protection of the environment and social responsibility.
Our ethos is to adopt responsible and sustainable practices in the way in which we develop and deliver the infrastructure in partnership with our suppliers and stakeholders.
